Completion of this form does not guarantee an appearance but does ensure a follow up meeting.
Appearance requests will be considered if they are sent a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the event. Appearances are generally scheduled 1 month prior to event date; otherwise availability is not ensured.
The cheerleaders are at your event to make it fun for all. Please maintain a fan-friendly environment. the Houston Halos reserve the right to walk away from any appearance that they deem unsafe or harmful to the performer. (No Refunds)
